I hereby acknowledge and agree that participation in this program is entirely voluntary and undertaken of my own free will. I fully understand and accept that I will not earn any commission or financial compensation in connection with my participation. Instead, up to 6% cashback on direct hotel bookings (when eligible) will be automatically directed to the nonprofit organization of my choosing. I further acknowledge that I am not entitled to any additional compensation, rebates, or financial incentives arising from my participation and that I engage in this program as a voluntary and selfless act to support a cause I believe in.

I expressly understand and agree that Wholesale Hotels Group does not vet, endorse, or certify any nonprofit organizations participating in this program. I hereby release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wholesale Hotels Group, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with my selection of a nonprofit organization, including but not limited to any misconduct, misrepresentation, or misuse of funds by such nonprofit organization.

I accept full responsibility for conducting my own due diligence and research prior to selecting a nonprofit organization and acknowledge that any decision made in this regard is solely my responsibility.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by allowing Wholesale Hotels Group to facilitate the process of directing cashback commissions to the nonprofit organization of my choice, Wholesale Hotels Group is entitled to retain 50% of the received commission check as an administrative and facilitation fee. The remaining 50% of the commission check, amounting to up to 6% cashback on eligible hotel bookings, will be directed to the nonprofit organization I have selected.

I further understand and accept that this arrangement does not qualify as a tax-deductible charitable donation under applicable tax laws and regulations. As I will not receive any portion of the funds personally, nor will I be directly distributing the funds to the nonprofit organization, I cannot and will not claim any tax deductions, credits, or benefits related to these funds.

I acknowledge that I am engaging in this arrangement voluntarily and with full understanding of the financial and legal implications. I release and hold harmless Wholesale Hotels Group, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from my inability to claim tax deductions or other financial benefits related to this arrangement.
