I am solely responsible for selecting the nonprofit I wish to support. WayKind® / WHG does not endorse, audit, control, guarantee, or accept responsibility for any nonprofit. I release WayKind® / WHG from claims relating to my nonprofit selection or any nonprofit’s acts, omissions, eligibility, representations, or use of funds.

I understand that using a WayKind® / WHG Agency Code may cause a Hotel, Provider, booking engine, GDS, reservation system, or property management system to list WayKind® / WHG as travel agent, agent of record, agency of record, booking source, or similar designation, for attribution, commission tracking, and commission reconciliation only. WayKind® / WHG will not make, service, change, cancel, refund, rebook, monitor, support, or send or forward notices for my reservation. I must handle all reservation matters directly with the Hotel or Provider.
