WayKind® Growth Partners

One approved Growth Partner account can refer travelers, nonprofit organizations, or both. The same account, agreement, referral code, tax profile, Stripe recipient, and dashboard support every referral.

Eligibility and onboarding

Growth Partner participation is limited to approved U.S. persons and U.S. entities. The onboarding sequence is the Growth Partner Participation Agreement, IRS Form W-9, Stripe payout setup, identity verification and WayKind^® approval. Completing an individual step does not make an account operational or payout-ready.

How compensation works

A sole referral source may receive a 10% base allocation from qualifying commission actually received and finalized by WHG.
When two different Growth Partners refer the nonprofit and traveler, each may receive 5%. The same Growth Partner on both sides receives 10% once.
An additional annual cliff-tier accelerator, currently up to 15% of Annual Attributed Commission Volume, may apply under the Growth Partner Participation Agreement.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Eligibility, cent rounding, lifecycle controls, annual reconciliation, and payout rules are governed by the applicable agreement and Terms.

Eligible payouts are processed by WayKind® on the first calendar day of each month, subject to payout eligibility, payment-processor timing, and applicable holds.
