WayKind™ is a U.S.-based entity governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

The Service is hosted on Vercel's cloud platform. Vercel may route traffic through its global content delivery network to optimize performance, and may process limited technical metadata (such as IP address and system configuration) for operational and security purposes. No additional cookies or marketing trackers are deployed by Vercel.

The WayKind™ platform includes unique links and banners used by participating nonprofits and Referral Partners to invite travelers and supporters to the Service.

When a user clicks a nonprofit's or Referral Partner's referral link or banner and then registers or uses the Service, WayKind™ may:

• Record the referring URL,
• Capture referral parameters included in the link (such as a nonprofit ID, Referral Partner ID, or campaign code), and
• Associate that referral information with the user's account or activity for program attribution purposes.

Key points:

• This referral information is handled primarily through URL parameters and server-side logs, not through separate referral cookies.
• We do not use these referral mechanisms to track users across other websites.
• Referral information is used exclusively for internal attribution, commission allocation, fraud prevention, and reporting related to our nonprofit and Referral Partner programs.
• Referral and attribution data (including information about which nonprofit or Referral Partner referred you) is treated as personal information under our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and is safeguarded accordingly.

If you configure your browser or privacy tools to block or strip referral information (for example, by removing referrer headers or URL parameters), attribution to a nonprofit or Referral Partner may not function correctly, and we may be unable to associate your activity with the intended referring party.

WayKind™ uses Google Analytics to gather aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage information to improve the Service.

Google Analytics may collect data such as IP address, device type, browser type, referring pages, and site interactions.

WayKind™ does not combine Google Analytics data with any personally identifiable information, and IP anonymization or equivalent privacy measures are enabled where feasible.

Analytics data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy. Users may opt out using the official Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Most web browsers accept cookies automatically but allow you to modify settings to block or delete them.

Arbitration shall be conducted remotely or in Wyoming, U.S.A.
