I further declare and guarantee that all funds received through this platform will be used solely for the nonprofit's mission, charitable programs, and operational expenses as permitted under applicable laws and regulations. Under no circumstances will these funds be used for personal benefit, unauthorized purposes, or any activity not aligned with the nonprofit's stated objectives.

I fully understand and accept that Wholesale Hotels Group and Way-Kind.com do not vet, endorse, or certify the legitimacy, operations, or financial practices of participating nonprofit organizations. I expressly agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wholesale Hotels Group, Way-Kind.com, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to misuse of funds, false representations, misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations by my nonprofit organization.

I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of this declaration, the lawful use of any funds received, and the adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. I further understand the serious legal consequences, including potential civil and criminal penalties, for providing false or misleading information on this platform.

I acknowledge, accept, and agree that Wholesale Hotels Group reserves the absolute and unilateral right to remove my nonprofit organization from its platform or services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. I further agree that I shall have no right to seek, claim, or pursue any form of recourse, remedy, or compensation, whether legal, equitable, or otherwise, arising from or related to such removal.
